When attempting to take a screencapture I hear the "click" but the screen shot does not appear in my photo/camera albums (not in recently added). Same issue for a colleague of mine.

Anyone else experiencing this.

Did you check the device memory for the screen shot?

My device is enrolled at work and the snagged pics show up in the work perimeter. Look in pictures under camera. Also I note that in the preview thumbnail they were black however tapping on the black space where picture should be revealed there is a picture there.mm bizarre

Thanks tried there (and everywhere in the device memory and the SD card) no files exist. On my brothers device he used to get them and now it stopped working also. Only thing we have in common is we are both Rogers customers but on different corporate networks.

Looks like ur corporate admins have disabled screen shots from the device

Swipe Down settings menu and simply lock the work perimeter ( tap on the briefcase) now take the screenshot, you will see it under Personal Picture app !!!!

turned out the screenshots were being saved under work profile although I appear to be working in Personal space.
