    Anyone else with the same issue? Funny that sometimes I'm able to capture screen shot of the lock screen and sometimes not....

    I'm on Verizon os version 10.0.9.422.

    Your on an older OS so that's why you are able to screen shot your lock screen. With the new OS update, we lost the ability to do that but it also solved the issue that if u pressed your volume buttons whilst locked it would change your profile that you had the phone set to. One annoying bug that was fixed but as I said majority of people who updated the os, list the ability to take screen shots.
