    I'm on 10.0.2.1443. I have on screen reader hanged,cannot function phone message ,passwords and reader is working.i hv been resetting few times, removed battery also cannot back to normal...finally I have connect to link restore my backup file.Z10 is working well now.

    Oh no! You should have posted and asked for help earlier! There was no need to restore, to turn off screen reader just tap the power button 3 times fast..
