    I did the update yesterday and now lot's of problem
    1. Screen as no more the same sense, i try to push to add or choose a app and it does not answer.
    2. When I receive a call there is no ringer, and i try to chamnge in the setting nothjing to do it does not want to ring
    3. Screen no answering

    Sounds like something is wrong with your proximity sensor. Are you using the 10.2.1.1055 leak? It has know issues with this.

    Z30, ironically was on this site, had device on side and text was stretched, received a text message so minimized CB and dealt w/text. went back to CB, shut down. Problem now is the main screen display is enlarged so it is not the stock size so not everything fits on the main screen. How do I get the device default screen settings back to stock? Help, Thanks!

    Tried the reset, no help...

    Answer to the problem, somehow the Handicap permissions were adjusted... Re-set to NON-MAGNIFY and bang, back to working flawlessly! Somehow the handicap magnify mode got switched on, just switch off... Back to the races...

    My Z30 is awesome! Get one, you won't be sorry.

    Have you tried putting proximity sensor to the test using BlackBerry Virtual Expert?
