Sure, buy a new housing with the digitizer off ebay and replace it. Cheap money. $6.95 USD shipped for the white 4G version.
Do you have Blackberry blend paired and turned on?
The glass is replaceable...BlackBerry designed it in such a way that when the Glass is broken, it's makes for easy and less expensive replacement parts but renders the device useless...a trade off.
You could try to use BlackBerry Blend in the mean time....
I sent a z30 in that had a cracked screen. Would just buy a new digitizer now and keep my phone. I also bought a tempered glass protector. I don't know if that protects that much more but it makes me feel better lol. Amazon also carries the replacement digitizers.

Buy a new screen and case combo and 10 minutes with the right screwdrivers and you're good to go. Done it twice without issue.

To retrieve the data, silly connect to BlackBerry link and do a Full backup.
Just replaced a Z10 screen this morning. Around 15 minutes to do so. Get the screen with the middle plate and it's a super easy job. 8 dollars for the screen won't get you bankrupt either.
