I have always been worrying about using the car's charger to use it. I heard it damages the phone's battery if putting it for too long. Is this true? Shall I stop using it as it will even weaken the battery too?

If it isn't safe, it's too late for me. I use the BlackBerry branded car charger and the PlayBook charger with my Z10 and I haven't noticed anything wrong with it. I didn't even open the charger that came with it. I have been doing the same with my Dev Alpha since June.

I'm sure if there was a problem with using the car charger, there would be a warning somewhere. Then again...I didn't bother reading any manuals either, lol.
