    Hi Crackberry Fans!

Im just having a question regarding the newest update. Since it doesnt seem to show up on my carriers sim card. But i noticed it has come up at another carrier in the same country. Would that be safe to update it through Sachesi? Since its the same country.

Am on Vodafone UK, but Z 10 is unlocked to any network, currently downloading via. Sachesi. I will post the outcome once it's fully done. Hope it doesn't bricks my device. I've changed the carrier code to O2. See picture.

    Goodluck
I have also downloaded it. But it seems to get stuck on the "install" tab. All its doing is searching for USB device. Even tho i have it connected and changed manually to Connect to PC.

What are you saying? So can i use that tool to install the firmwire instead of Sachesi?

Well all the files downloaded from Sachesi is in BAR format, so I've add them via DDPB Installer, it's currently working it's way through it...., hope it doesn't die on me.

So you didn't do it with DDP?
Great to hear. How did you get past the search for usb device in Sachesi?

You have to set your device to developer mode before plugging it in.

Really? I will try that. But Saechi said it wouldn't need it.
    Strange if it works.

It finally worked for me to with Sachesi. What is the best way to go about it after? Since I have not lost any of my content. Should I do a factory reset? I also noticed that the battery is going down. So I guess I should put the battery out and let it be put aside for 30min.

I used Sachesi to update to Z10STL100-3/10.2.1.1925, but it was a little messy. I couldn't get past the install issue, so I ended up dragging and dropping each bar file into the installer. It took about an hour to do, but it gave me the benefit of choosing which files to install. I skipped the clock file because I like the Porches Design clock, and I also skipped the retail demo files as they aren't needed. A couple of times it scared me a bit - especially when it would reboot or would hang on a particular file installation. However, dragging and dropping the file a second time fixed it each time.

After the install was completed, I pulled the battery and started to use the phone. That's when it got really scary. Kept locking up, heating up, went through two fully charged batteries in 3 hours, general weirdness. However, having updated with Sachesi before, I knew it would take some time before everything settled in.

That all transpired last night. This morning, she's working like a champ and I'm enjoying this phone more than ever. Lots of nice features and a host of new apps.

Basically, I'm thrilled and am glad I didn't wait for AT&T for 10.2.0 or this new update.

Thanks for Sachesi and CrackBerry. Because of them, I'm not held hostage on 10.1.

EDIT: Only problem I've found is that BBM conversations are lost. If they are important to you, back them up to a text file somewhere.

I have to say the same. This new update makes it an even greater phone. I got the same issue. But after one day of waiting and trying again. It recognized it, so I just dragged the whole folder. Then Sachesi just updated the OS and radio.

In glad it worked for you And really going through Sachesi is like updating through Link. And you got the official one. It's just that you need to get the right one that supports the hardware bands on your phone.

I noticed that some people had a general fix for the battery. Which was just power it off. And put the battery aside for 30 min.
    Which I haven't tried.
Anyone got a comment about that?
