    I want to update my snap app to snap v3..But when I connect my mobile to the computer.The sachesi application doesn't recognise my mobile.Solution please!!

    Are you on the latest version of Sachesi, v2.0.0?

    Although it doesn't require the BlackBerry device drivers to be installed, it wouldn't hurt either. Get the latest drivers and Link from the BlackBerry Blend package at www.blackberry.com/blend.

    Had the same issue. I guessed and uninstalled link and blend, rebooted, reinstalled and everything worked. I don't know what was wrong and I don't really care. It's working now.
