Ok so I posted this before and realized that for some reason I put rumor in the title.... I didn't mean to, but I did. This is not a rumor, this is what 2 different reps told me at 2 different times.

So I was just talking to a T-Mobile Rep about some account details and when we were finished I asked her when the Blackberry Z10 would be available to us Americans and she said it would be released on March 11th (Monday) for Business users and March 24th for everyone else. She said there would be no pre-orders and that it would just be available to purchase in-store, online, or over the phone on that day. I also asked how much it would be and she said there's no exact pricing available for now but she estimated between $550 and $650 with no contract and between $250 and $300 for a contract... again she said that's not the confirmed pricing, just her guess. But the date was "absolutely confirmed" for the 24th of March.

I'm not sure but I've been seeing anywhere from $600 to $1000. But the lady I was talking to said that wasn't a confirmed price, just what she thought it would be based on other new smart phone releases. So don't quote me on that. I'm guessing it'll be $200-$300 with a contract and probably $700-$850 without a contract. But again, just speculation. The only thing I got confirmed from her is that it will be released to everyone on March 24th for T-Mobile. Don't know about other carriers.

that depends which carrier you talk to. rogers/fido it was 600. bell/telus was 650. koodo 550. wind 599. those are the only ones I lookd at and I could be wrong. obviously, these are locked to whatever carrier.

It, Z10, does not use the servers of BB for any information, eamil etc.
It is all data now.
In Canada this is getting very expensive.
All emails etc come in full band width and no compression
