Though I already had 10.3.1.1016 installed on my Z10 as a leak, my phone just notified me that a 33kb update was awaiting to update applications to 10.3.1.652 (software release # for 10.3.1.1016). So formal OTA roll-out of 10.3.1 seems to have started!
I'm on a Dutch Vodafone contract.

It seems that the updated file pushed OTA as part of 10.3.1.1016 was to replace the improved exFAT driver I installed, as the message popped up again when I reinstalled that driver. So I do have a screenshot now!

(note: Blend still not working, though)

I think there is a mistake somewhere. Really don't think they would/should be rolling out OTA a build that still has the engineering screen pop up in the bottom left when swiping the battery symbol. Bound to throw off the uninitiated user.

No, unfortunately my damn carrier is giving me the 10.2.1.3062 OS update!!!! What is up with that?!

I want the 10.3 OS update!!!!

But then again...why am I surprised, my carrier is composed of a bunch of anti- BlackBerry jag-offs!!!! I mean not only don't they promote BlackBerry, it's OS and devices, they actually actively try to dissuade clients from buying them!!!

I am really concerned that I will never get the 10.3 OS update...

It will always say that no matter how it was loaded. For AT&T, if you're running their current official - right now, it's 10.2.1.3337 (SR 10.2.1.3014) - or any other higher version, regardless of where it's from, it will always say you have the latest software.

Wait for the official release. Most here have used a Leak OS. which can be found here.

Honestly, if you really want 10.3 or 10.3.1 that bad, just load a leak, have a back up to be sure and nothing will go wrong! Been running 10.3 since the first leak back in April and I can't see myself go back to 10.2
