I never had any until a couple weeks ago. I've had about 5 or 6 that I remember. On Rogers in Kingston, ON.

I'm on Rogers. I've dropped it more than two times already. I also unlocked it. I have a few chips along the side of the screen. As far as random reboots, not yet.
I suggest doing a wipe and see how that goes. If that doesn't work, well, we all have a 1 year manufacturer limited warranty.

Just had one in a month. Not concerned in the least, though.
Probably caused when I accidentally touched the power button when I picked it up while it was sleeping.

I've had mine since launch day in Canada and I've never had the reboot issue. other than it freezing once shortly after I got it and before the first OS update where I had to hard reboot it. I do have to reload my OS as I lost 'Notification' tab and Adobe Reader doesn't work since the last big OS update.
My GF on the other hand got her white Z10 a month ago and has witnessed 2 random reboots while the phone was idling. She is past the 15 day period but I told her to tell Rogers anyhow.
Try checking your sim card. Make sure its properly fitted in . Just give it a try.
