    The Rogers my account app stopped working. Data used shows 0 GB. Text messaging shows 0 included even though I have an unlimited plan.
    Tried Rogers tech support and contacted the developer with no success. The tech support guys are lost and the developer has not responded for days.
    Has anyone had these issues and if yes, how did you solve it?

    System may be in the process of updating. My sms shows 0 sent even though thats not true, however my data is showing 342.5MB used of 10.0GB so that seems on track and my voice shows proper as well.

    My voice usage reports correctly. My data usage always reports 0 GB of a 5 GB data plan although I read that the unlimited BlackBerry Messenger causes Robert not to be able to differentiate between data and BBM traffic.

    My texts sent and minutes used have updated correctly since I got the phone on February 5th. It has never told me how much data I've used. I've even checked their website from my PC and it reads 0GB used. Either I'm getting unlimited data without paying for it or I should call them and let them know.

    ditto for me. As soon as I increased my data package mid Feb it's never worked. I take the occasional screen grab incase they ever come back with charges. The whole system is convoluted.

    I've called and had the rep tell me that they can't see my usage mid month. And then the app never updates. Ever. I don't know how rogers expects users to track data beyond seeing an invoice at months end.

    If you have a plan with unlimited BBM the data usage will always show 0 and the same goes for unlimited messaging. This was included in a Rogers promotion and I know it's annoying. Mine shows the full details of usage but my daughter's don't because of the same issue

    You can call and have them remove the unlimited BBM and everything will show after that.

    Mine is never accurate. Right now it's showing 46mb. I only have 1 week left in this cycle. I check often and it never shows more than 50mb, yet on every bill it always shows just over 2gb. The only good use for this app is to change add ons when traveling.
