Hey there!

I am on Rogers and downloaded the updated which was just under 500mb. It installed all the way to 90% then while installing it said to connect to wifi to download the update as it was to large of a file??

Then it showed the update was now a 1000mb download and that I need to delete files to fit it on my phone. What the heck is going on, I only had 10% install left and this happened on its own

Same thing happened to me, but the 1gb update worked. Not sure why there was a smaller update trying to go through before it.

I had the same thing on rogers also.

the only issue I have now is none of my andriod apps work.

Anything side loaded just give me a blue loading bar at the bottom of the screen then quits.

Even the andriod ports in BB world same thing. Example auto trader.

I tried deleting auto trader and reinstalled but same issue.

On Rogers here, and side loaded apps came through like a charm zero issues

I didn't have any upgrade issues with the download and install but I received several media app error messages and non of my Android apps are loading, legit ones or sideloaded. I am doing a backup and think I will have to wipe the phone and reload the OS?

I experienced the double download issues, on rogers in Ontario, first was just under 500MB and the 2nd was 1GB. No subsequent issues with andriod apps (specifically tried auto trader, pingstreet and skype). I did get some additional message on first boot into 10.2 about a media licence being corrupt and having been fixed, but never experienced any issues before relating to playing any media files and dont have any yet.

I had that media license message too. My music was all gone after the update and I thought it was due to that message, but all music eventually showed up again.

I had the double download thing, and the music license message. Everything works now though, after an eternity, LOL. Well, not that long, but I'm impatient.

I only had the smaller one. Got the media error. So far everything is working but I really hate when they change all of my notification sounds like they did!

Well the issue is no more! Everything works great now after the bigger download. Even my side loaded android apps work flawlessly and better then before
