    Backed up the contacts and media while loading a newer OS for SLT100-1 on a friend's Z10 and now can't restore because on selecting the back up file in Link, there's an error message saying the BlackBerry ID associated with the back up file does not the match the device id associated with the device. This is the second time this is happening.

    Help/ solutions anyone?

    Make sure whoever is signed into BlackBerry ID on Link is also signing into BlackBerry ID on the phone... that is the only thing I can think of, hope it helps
