    try changing the date back and disabling the auto update of time and date. This fixes the problem but then the email accounts crashed and are requesting passwords.... Please let me know if it helps!!1

    Hmm very scary strange things...

    Well Im running official 10.2.0.1803 /429
    And i have no problems... I downloaded angry birds, shark dash and Card2You.
    Today I also updated Minion rush.
    I also played angry birds, shark dash yesterday and today i opened card2you and still no problems.
    Don't know if it's region specific.

    Country: The Netherlands
    Region: Europe
    Provider: HI/KPN
    Probably not region specific. Netherlands/Vodafone STL100-2 on 10.2.0.429.

    Try starting the compass and see how long it keeps working.

    Reporting issue on the z30 in India. Haven't updated to 10.2.0.429 as of yet. I have no idea about the free movie you're talking about. My free apps were angry birds, shark dash and today's free card2you.

    I was under the impression the Z30 is released with 10.2 already. What OS version are you running?

    Yup. Mine was fine after security wipe last night. Sensors stopped working 15 minutes ago. I was doing exactly nothing. Phone was in its leather holster at the time.

We will see for how long... its really bizarre that so many people experienced this problem at the same time and issue seems to be international and software related. Any chance of Crackberry team helping us reaching to Blackberry so they can tell us what on earth is happening?

    nope. issue is back. i wasnt even using my phone when it happened. z10 was in its case. i pulled it out, it didnt wake up automatically - sensors busted. damn.

    A Z10 100-3 here on AT&T running the official Rogers version of 10.2
    Have all the same problems with sensors starting yesterday late afternoon. The only update or download I've done in the last 10 days is to update BlackBerry World.

    Just weighing in here.

    Z10 10.2 on Rogers in Toronto, Canada -- these issues started last night. I've uninstalled basically all my downloaded apps (having not installed anything new in the past few days) and done a number of hard resets, and my sensors are dead.

    I reached out to BlackBerry via email and @BalckBerryHelp about 12 hours ago but I've yet to hear back. The issue has been solved for me by deleting Despicable Me: Minion Run, don't know why it worked but it did.

    10.2.0.429 is a 94mb update that showed up a couple of weeks ago. Didn't update due to lack of wifi access.

    We have several corp Z10's with the latest Bell Mobility release also having the same issues. They are both on BES 10.1. Could this be a BES issue? I have other co-workers/friends with non BES devices and so far no issues? Please confirm if you have having the issue with or without BES.
