    Please help, Is there any app that can re-size a wallpaper and make it fit the screen??

    It doesn't matter if it is an android app as long as it's free

    Simply resizing the wallpaper is going to crop a lot of it out depending on the dimensions you want. Photoshop or something similar is the best bet to get to as close to the image as you want for the Z10.

    Given that the picture you have shared is in landscape, there is no way you can make it fill the screen in portrait mode.

    I want something which can be finished in the phone and not by pc and then transfer to the phone...thanks

    You can check out an android app called image 2 wallpaper on the android market (Google Play). It's a very good app but I don't know if it'll work on your Z10.

    Re size wallpaper is depending on photo dimensions. Photo sizes is larger than software program setting and cannot zooming full window to crop. thing has tolerance!
