    I installed the update from Verizon the day it came out, via BlackBerry Link. I keep getting notifications of a software update for the same version.

    If I choose "open" from the notification will it realize I already have that version and stop notifying me? I didn't want to try it in case it might mess my Zed 10 up.

    Have you tried resetting the Hub? from the upper right hand corner of your screen swipe diagonally down 5 times.
