A co-worker bought a brand new Rogers locked Z10, and activated it with Rogers. He' s now having a speaker issue but is not sure how to go about having it repaired since he didn't purchase it from Rogers. Is there a way to contact BlackBerry for warranty repairs?

who did he purchase it from? If it was from Kijiji or something like that, he just needs to contact Rogers tech support, and give them the IMEI and such and he'll be able to get it replaced/repaired

BlackBerry will just refer him back to Rogers and it's up to Rogers if they wish to push through the repair, most times they'll do it as long as there is nothing fishy about the device. e.g: Reported stolen, stolen etc.

He bought it from a Rogers employee who won it internally...thanks for the help, I'll pass it on.
