For some reason, I can no longer access Blackberry World on my Z10. The icon was a triangle, square, and circle - and nothing happens when I attempted to open it.

I security wiped it multiple times - but now the app doesn't exist on my phone.

What can I do?

Yes, this worked on my old pearl but doesn't seem to on my Z10.

I'm thinking you should back up your device and reload the software. That should get it working again.

I have the same problem , but somebody can help me downloading the working viber for z10, it has been released few days ago , can someone download it and share me the bar file , not the android apk , the one from appworld for z10,
