Hello everyone,

I am from India and earlier I was using BlackBerry Bold. Now I have got BlackBerry Z10 and I am facing problem to configure my rediffmail on my Z10.

Has anyone successfully configured the rediffmail on the Z 10?

I have tried all the settings which are available. I have also tried the auto configurations features of BlackBerry but still I am unable to configure it.

Hi Mr. Patel....

Rediff does not enable POP for free...U need to upgrade to PRO service from rediff...

Even i am having the same problem... I could configure the Rediffmail but can only receive emails , cannot send or reply.
Also if i delete a particular email, i again pops up...folowing is the setting
Rediff email Incoming Mail Server (POP3)
Rediff emailOutgoing Mail Server (SMTP) - smtp.rediffmail.com (port 25)

Thats true. It is flawless with unlimited BIS plan on my 9810. There are many users in India who continued with BIS plans on BB10. Anyone to share the experience with rediffmail ??

BB10 does not work on require any BIS or BES plan. To configure any email account on on BB 10 device you need POP/IMAP(110 or 143 or 995 or 993 ) or active sync (443 ) for incoming and 25 or 587 for out going. Its not complete push mail technology for BB 10 device. Its more about pull. Only above port enabled email accounts can be configured.
