if i put the battery in my phone or even put in a charger with it , it does not turn on at all, the only thing that happens is the red light flashing all the time, it does not stop , phone wont turn on at all

So when it receives any kind of power, from a battery or the charger, the only thing that happens is the LED starts flashing red, even before you press the power on button? Have you tried the hard reset? Put in the battery or plug in the charger, then press both volume up and volume down and hold for 20 seconds... or if you have an STL100-1, press down and hold the power button for 20 seconds.

You might have to reload the OS which would mean that all data would be lost and you would have to set it up from scratch.

1-Put battery in phone.
2- Plug it in and LET IT CHARGE.
3- Let it charge for 2 hours.
4- Turn on phone.
