    When I press restart button on my z10 it takes 45-50 minutes to restart... is it normal?

    Rarely had to re-start my device, only after the software upgrades...
    But even after the software upgrade It wouldnt go beyond 5 minutes.

    Just after reading your post i tried restarting and it was merely a minute!
    Backup your device and try a factory reset (i suppose that would be the last option)

    That is very much an abnormal behaviour. What OS version are you running? From when is this issue?
