I have an issue at work where my security does not like BB link and after installing many programs begin to fail. Is there a way to read information off of my Z10 without using BB link, like any mass storage device?

If you enable mass storage mode you can. It's in the settings menu. Also, if they are both on the same wifi network you can use wifi file sharing.

this works all fine and dandy when you have a memory card installed, I can't seem to find a way to enable this option when there is no SD card installed. I have to use a seperate wifi network for mobile devices versus laptops.
