I've had my phone since February and can remember how this forum was full of people complaining about the random restarts.

I was just wondering how that worked out. Did the new OS updates help?

Should be fixxed for the most part. You will always have a random reboot here and there on any device but not like it was before where they were daily

I was just thinking about this myself. The forums were flooded with complaints of reboots & they've slowed to a trickle after the release of 10.1. My phone always seemed to reboot on the charger before but now it has the odd reboot off the charger here & there. For the most part it's not an issue any more.

BTW, I just touched wood. Can't be too cautious. Lol

Good to hear that they've stopped.

I guess I was one of the lucky ones. I still, to this day, haven't had a restart of my phone. In fact, I literally have never had one problem with the phone.

Yeah. And I'm not even exaggerating. Perhaps it's because I still haven't installed any leaks? I don't know. But I do know that I have been luck for sure.

Long ago? Hardly. It was solved with 10.1.0.4181 which was roughly a month ago. And good thing because now I don't hate my phone.

According to BlackBerry's knowledge base, OS 10.1.0.2050 and up are the official fix to the random reboot issue.

I haven't had any random reboots since 10.0.9.2372, so I think my phone is just lucky.

I did have reboots BUT my case was hardware...loose battery....i am currently running leaked os 10.2 and only ONE reboot....it is a leaked OS though.....my Z10 is running AWESOME though and Loooooong battery life
I LOVE IT....one sick OS with one incredible phone, yup....but that's my ZED 10
