I really doubt your phone has been hacked. Have you installed in apps that can access your phone library or go into a website or anything?
no to porn.. no to the apps that can acces my library.. whats weird is these pictures looked like normal pictures from other people, so like people posing and stuff.. one picture of a c*ck .. i seriously doubt angry birds did that... so its likely my phone has been hacked.. i have literally no 3rd party apps installed
i did a factory reset.. will see... tbh id rather jst get a new handset.. if people r able to add pictures.. then isnt the same vice versa.. only they can take more than my pictures.. including emails etc..??
The phones seem to cache photos from various apps, for example I have saved Crackberry as a shortcut on my homescreen, and now I have 450+ images from the site, emoticons etc... Could be that?
Use the File Manager to navigate around until you find out exactly which folder they're really in. That will probably tell you where they're coming from. The suggesting that an Android app might be caching files there is a good one... possibly but unlikely some BB10 app but Android's easily the best bet.

i understand whats your saying completely.. but i have no 3rd party apps.. as there are none available yet lol, i.e whatsapp and the crackberry app... emmm, but these pics looked like personal photos... thats the thing. but of other people
If it happens again, which I doubt that it will, try running some of the photos through Google Image Search. If you can identify who's in them, you might have a better idea of what's going on.

Not the Crackberry app, the crackberry website, I saved it as a shortcut, so it boots the webpage.
Any chance of posting a screenshot?
Your device was definitely not hacked. Every single application you install requires you to allow them the permissions to access features. The BB10 OS is locked tight. At this point, if you're serious that you have no third-party apps, I'd be more worried that you have dis-associative personality that's using your phone to take pictures of people you don't know.
lol your device was most certainly not "hacked." It is much more likely that someone took your phone and put those photos, or an app placed them there. You should've went into your permission settings. You can filter by all apps that have picture permissions on your phone, and you can deny that permission for all those apps.

That app is the biggest load of crap ever made. On Android, it is glitchy enough that the mobile site is literally easier to use. On my iOS device, it kept turning on GPS even when the app was off and closed fromt he multi tasking tray!
Did young insert a memory card into your phone? It's possible its showing you pics in your memory card you forgot were there or were from a previous phone app or folder. When I inserted mine a lot of sensitive pictures I had previously hidden appeared.
