So in an attempt to conserve battery consumption I decided to drop my speeds from LTE to HSPA+. Since AT&T disabled the option for the user to downgrade I used the escreen:// page to open up the diagnostic screen. In the control panel it shows that I clearly chose GSM+WCDMA but in the settings page it shows LTE. So does anybody know which one it is? Thanks...

If your settings and network still say LTE than your using LTE and didn't do escreens properly

I don't think it's possible to setup the e screen wrong. TBH I haven't unlocked the e screen on bb10 yet, but it sea more likely to me that whatever setting you changed isn't actually capable of making the change it says it's for.
It's worth trying a battery pull I suppose.
Also, are you on the official OS? I suppose that could make a difference.
