So, I searched the forum before and didn't find anything about this, I thought there was suppose to be a new quick settings menu with additional buttons and change of appearance..
And i don't have that with 10.2
I have a Z10 on Rogers, anyone having the same problem?

Just to know exactly what you're talking about, do you remember any examples of these "quick settings"?
You know from the home screen when you swipe from the top bezel going down, I read in crackberry that in 10.2 there would have new buttons, like bedside mode and I can't remember the rest

Ah, I understand what you mean now. And I remember that too, now that you've reminded me.
That was a list of features in an earlier leaked build.
It doesn't appear to have made it to the release versions, for whatever reason.

It would be very cool to see that in the near future with the next update.
I recall reading that too! Was soooo looking forward on putting the "hotspot" button on the easier settings access. Ohhh well. Hopefully soon.

I'm pretty sure it's included. The old settings was adobe air - this one I think is cascades. It has the app manager which is new. What I don't see is priority calling.

Priority calling is included. You have to go to phone settings. Do a search on cb

I was also looking forward to having and expanded pull-down menu that included at least the Bedside and Airplane modes!

Go to Settings, then Quick settings, check off the function you want to show in the quick settings menu. They'll show up next time you swipe done. :)
10.2.1.1925 and I have it. Settings > Quick Settings, just check what you want to show. Click Rearrange, press and drag to reorder the way they show.
