So one of my friends owns the Z10, and he turned out to be quite stupid. He went into the browser and what happens next, you can interpret, so he asked me this: can you turn off the word prediction/suggestions in the browser? I tried to find a way for him but I couldn't. Figured I'd ask the CB nation since who can know a BlackBerry better?

Do you mean he wants to erase a website he visited from being suggested again when he types in new webpage addresses?

Otherwise not sure how autocorrect had to do anything with the Browser.

You can't turn off word prediction just in the browser, you can turn if off all together if you wish. You can also clear the learned words and start from scratch.

If you mean the browser history, that can be cleared as well.

Yeah, the words keep showing up, but only in the browser, according to him.
That's what I thought, I told him he may have to clear the learnt words.

Yeah those will stay... you could clear the learned words though.
Settings - language and input - prediction and correction - clear learned words
