Yes I know. But I have gotten used to the Z10 virtual keyboard. I don't browse that much. I am a pretty "standard" BlackBerry user (email + BBM + social apps). Its better the Q10 for a regular user?

I have had both. I'm currently using a Q10 and love the physical keyboard but the virtual keyboard on the Z10 is the best onscreen keyboard I've used. I'd go Q10, sell your Z10. If you're not happy, your Q10 cost can more than cover a new Z10 when you sell it.

I just got a Q10 today and I must say that it's nice, but it's no Z10!!! The screen for me is smaller and doesn't offer the same viewing experience I've grown to love and appreciate with the Z10. I have a preference for virtual keyboards vs. physical ones, but that's what I like. It's great that BlackBerry provides great choice for those of us with specific tastes and also makes it possible for end users like all of us to hopefully find a BB device that conforms to and suits our individual needs. Either way you go, you must be happy and you will be! My Q10 will serve as a back up for now, but I'm thinking of passing it on to my needy brother! I am a good big brother! Lol!!!
I have both and like to switch back and forth. Q for work week, Z for weekends (and on wifi at home during the week as a movie/surfing/email device).

I have a Q and a Z and I love them both. The screen on the Z is much better than the Q without question. The keyboard on the Q for me is much easier to use than the Z but I've always been a tactile individual. If the Z had the keypad of the Q I would be set. I'm fortunate to have both and I use both on 2 separate lines. Either way you can't go wrong...tough choice and I'm glad I don't have to make a choice like you.

I've got used to my Z10's keyboard for 4 months and I'm not leaving it anymore :D
Since I use my BlackBerry mostly for work I think I'll go with the Q10. I admit the screen of the Z10 is much better and the virtual keyboard is best of class. It has been a though choice, indeed... Thanks everybody for all the useful advice.

Love my Q10, but I think you'd miss the screen size. If you have no complaints with the touchscreen keyboard, probably not much reason to switch.
Also Q10 has been buggy as hell since I upgraded to 10.2 and BB doesn't want to fix it, so there's that...
I would suggest to go with Q10 as you are not much into Apps hoop-la, browsing etc..
I am on Z10 at the moment and loving every bit of it but my itch towards Q doesn't come to an end! Lol.. enjoy your Q10 buddy!

The Z10 is the only BBRY device you need. Maybe a bluetooth accessory or two. But all in all the Z10 is the BB10 device to beat as I see it.
Had the Z30 for a couple days. Not digging the AMOLED display. IPS for me. I see why they launched the Z10 first. Too bad it didn't have 10.2 to go with it at launch.

The only comprise you make with the Q10 is the smaller screen. It is more for work and emails than it is for viewing. If you type a lot and want to do it fast with fewer mistakes then get a Q, if you like to watch and play then keep the Z.

I'm pretty sure you could type faster with the Z10 keyboard and 9 times out of 10 auto correct will fix any spelling mistakes you make.

Have you tried this or are you just assuming? Sounds like assuming, try it first then comment. I have. No doubt Q10 will let you type faster.

Q10 kills it, best mobile device out there. I have Nex5 and others, had a Z10, the only challenger might be a Z30 but i have not yet had the pleasure of trying one.

I have had my Z10 since March and recently purchased the Q10. After a couple of days with the Q, I sold the Q10 and stayed with my Z10. I preferred the LCD display on the Z vs the amoled. And although my typing was pretty accurate on the Q10, I felt like my fingers were cramped on the physical keyboard vs the Z10. I am pretty good on my Z10 and can type reasonably fast. The speaker on the Q is louder but I felt it had more distortion when the music is loud vs my Z10. Am happy I stayed with my Z but the Q is a great device too. I would buy the Q, try it out exclusively for a couple of days and then see what you think.

You'll be absolutely sure if you tried both! The accuracy of Typing is better on the Q10... I even turned off Autocorrect and word suggestion/replacement! I am so used to the keyboard, since my Bold9900-times, that I can type blindfold, only looking to the screen... I just mistype o/i or m/n or s/w or so, but I go for a rapid tap on the "del"/backspace and the typing continues... I cheat by looking to the keyboard on word beginning, but I noticed that I am 2-3 letters ahead!
As said, if you try both, you might stick with the one that suites you best!

I'm writing this with the Q10. Getting back to basics and relearning old tricks. I'll test it for a couple of weeks to get the feel and post back. Thanks for all your help!
