    Mine Z10/STL2 on OS 10.2.2.1531. Cannot crop protected wallpaper and" Done" mode is freezing. The wallpaper permission is "Read "!I don't know is bug or OS problems. i have been hard reset device and cannot resolve. Thank you

    Right. The wallpaper on your device is locked. Therefore you cannot make any changes to it...whether it be in size or adding to it or changing it. That's why its read only mode. At least this is what I always believed to be true.
