Hello, i just bought the blackberry z10 and i actually can't update it as although it has successfully been downloaded, it can't be installed and i don't know why!!
Is there a way to restart all the steps or another way to solve my problem?

Hi there, did you use BlackBerry Link ? Best way to update is OTA via wi-fi for legit OS. Provide more details on how you're trying to update your Z10 please.

Yes I did try the blackberry link but here also it won't work.. Ok, I tried to update via wifi " Settings>Software Update. The problem starts here as there are 2steps to update. The first step was successful while the second step can't be completed. It reports an "error" every time. Help Plz

what version are you on and what are you trying to go to?

it might just be easier to use an autloader

My blackberry is actually equipped with the 10.0.10.738 os version and am trying to go to 10.2.1.2977. So you think the autoloader is adequate here? how to use it?

You might as well use 10.3.0.1154 OS as that's higher

Use the autoloader, way easier. Just save any information you need first if you haven't already. Once you load the OS which takes MINUTES. Do a security wipe and then put everything back on.
