    I am hoping an expert out there can help me with this problem. I work for a local agency that uses a government computer network that manages our Outlook contacts, email, calendar etc on our office PCs. The network uses Microsoft Exchange Activesync. The version I do not know. My BB 10 is able to receive email and calendar updates with no problem. Contacts, however, are another problem. If I delete the account and set it up again for a period of about 30 min afterwards my contacts will sync. Beyond that it stops. I cannot get it to sync again until I repeat that process. Furthermore, when it does sync, I do not get all the contacts and changes I have made. I have set up this work account using both approaches. Directly by adding the email address and PW and letting the BB detect the rest, and setting up using the MEA in the advanced setup menu. The result is the same. On the other hand my Playbook handles all this with no problem, contacts, email, and calendar sync easily.
    I have searched the forums and google and not found any answer. HELP! Otherwise the BB10 is great!
