Hello. Since i updated to OS 10.2.1.32xx my Z10 keeps resetting its date and time to OS build date whenever i restart or shutdown my phone. The odd thing is this that when i restart/shutdown it with charger connected it doesn't reset's its date and time.

I already tried to 3 different autoloaders with different OS versions but still no luck. I tried 10.2.1.2141, 10.2.2 and 10.3 leak. But still not luck. and yes im using STL-01. Any tips ?

Have you done a Security Wipe between reloading the OS. I don't know but it might "reset" whatever counter/timer seems to be in control when it reboots on battery. Also have you tried a simple battery pull, 15 minutes and replaced it?

If you've done that, do you still have a warranty?

I'm also experiencing the same thing.. and the the date and time will reset automatically only if I am connected to a wifi server.

No. haven't tried a security wipe after reloading OS with autloader. I tried once by pulling the battery for about 3 to 5 minutes but no help.

I'm from Pakistan and almost most of the BlackBerry devices come here without warranty. So my device is not in warranty.

Maybe CARRIERS have something to do with this as the device can get time info from them.

You could try altering the time/date Settings. Open main Settings. Scroll down to Data and Time. Change the various settings there and see if that fixes stuff.

Its not related to carrier but phone itself. Its uses date from the build date of the OS. If I connect the charge and reboot my device it doesn't changes its date.
