    My z10 turn off on 60% battery !

    What I can do ?

    Press the up and volume together until phone shuts off.

    Pull battery.

    Let the phone rest for 30mins with battery out.

    Put battery back and stick phone on charge until 100% charged.

    Discharge battery completely.


    Give it a try, it works for some folk.

    I'm guessing this is a State of Charge (SoC) mismatch. The percentage of battery displayed is incorrect. The above poster's idea sounds like a fix, give it a try.
