For some reason I cannot link a photo with a contact. I have a few photos linked but I�ve just tried numerous times to add some new photos but it will not save. It uploads to the contact but when I hit save � it does NOT save. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any thoughts on best way to trouble shoot. I�ve have tried the re-boot several times but no avail.
I appreciate any feedback folks are willing to offer.

It usually helps to state the OS version on the phone....

Also, please tell us which accounts you're trying to save this contact to. On the screen where you edit a contact, tap on "save to" and tell us which accounts you have checked there.

Depends where your contact are safe.. exemple gmail give you the opportunity to put picture ect, but hotmail don't.. it's just an exemple, but I think that's your problem, you should try saving or sync your contact to a different place, it should work.

Hi, sorry for not including more information.

I have Z10 on Verizon running 10.2.1.2122. The contact that I'm trying to attach photo to is NOT an email or social media contact. It's just a phone contact. What is odd is I have attached photos to my contacts so it's weird that it just suddenly stopped working.

This particular contact is a phone account. It's not linked to any email or social media. My contact edit screen only has a "save" button. I do not see save too. It uploads the pic perfectly but when I hit save.. nothing.

I have a z10 which I like (but this contact thing is really annoying) my service is Verizon in the US. I'm running 10.2.1.2122

On the contact add/edit screen, there should be a "save to" button. If you are only saving to the phone, that means the "save to" setting is set to either "sim" or "local" or both. Check that please.

The reason I'm asking is cuz some social media accounts can't have the picture updated thru the Contacts app. By checking what's listed under "save to", you can verify this.
