I had to restore my Z10. Before I pulled the trigger, I had the presence of mind to backup my device. When setting up the device, it asked me for my Blackberry ID, I had forgotten my old password so I reset that and continued the factory reset. Now that it's restored to factory default, I want to restore the backup to my device. However, I get the following problem:

"The Blackberry ID associate with this backup does not match the ID on this device."

I would really like to get that backup onto my Z10 again. Does anyone know how I can do that?

Hopefully, someone will have some positive suggestions but I'd stir my memory and see if you can recall the original bbid.
