    To use CB10 to upload, Open Settings, SecurityandPrivacy, App Permissions and enable FileAccessSharing for cb10 app.

    What version of the z10, 1, 2, 3 or 4 and what OS?

    Mine occasionally freezes up (happened 3-4 times on my Z10 in the last 18 months) - worst-case, I had to do a reboot and it worked fine after that.

    Guys, if you want to see your camera related bugs (mostly on z10 -1) you should update to .3175 at least.

    As suggested, try loading the newest OS which is out today. Apparently, that error occurs on that model of the Z10 more often. Good luck

    Do you have any Android apps loaded that use the camera such as Instagram or Snapchat? I've heard before that they cause camera issues just like this. You may need to delete them and restart to get rid of it. I think you can reload the app after.

    ahmad13,mine z10 on official OS 10.2.12977 after upgraded the camera on screen missing and right bottom freeze. I have did few restart by pull battery, but can't solved. I did security swipe and camera is operation fine. I hate security swipe killed time and restore apps.
