    Music won't play, and won't re-download?

    How do I contact BlackBerry about this?

    I am loosing my patience.

    Now I have duplicates of songs, and when I click the play button to play right from BlackBerry world it plays a completely random song from my library.

    Has anyone seen this before?

    Van anyone help me out?

    I haven't snagged any music from BB World yet, sorry.

    Is it stored on your media card? Maybe delete it all, clear BB World cache, device reset, and re-download it fresh?

    All stored on my media card. It won't let me delete the music or files.........or wait plug the media card into my computer and delete it that way? that might work, because when I try to delete the music from my library nothing happens.

    Right now I have duplicates of each song and and the first 12 songs play of 24 showing. (12 song cd) and the song titled are wrong.

    I just don't understand

    I have the same problem with a song i downloaded. Oddly, i got another one after and it works...mine are saved onto the phone as my old media card is full...how do i delete a song through Blackberry World?
