Hello guys

I have a weird problem and I have not figured yet how to fix it.

I have a Hotmail account in my BlackBerry Hub and its working fine because I get all the mails people send me.

The problem is when I write a mail using Hotmail.

You know that when you write a mail and click on send it goes to the hub and you can see that it is waiting to send (signal icon) and send (mark).

Well where in other mails (Not from Hotmail) I can see the mails I sent (because I see the mark icon) the one I set from Hotmail just dissappear from the HUB as soon as the mail is sent.

Any ideas of why this is happening and how to fix this?

On your desktop (or phone) go to the hotmail.com actual site.
Check your settings -> the gear wheel icon at the top right corner next to your name.
Click "more mail settings".
Then find the menu item "saving sent messages".
Change the radio button in " Save all sent messages in the Sent items folder" and you'll be fine.

This is one of my first symptoms that I had when I noticed that my Hotmail wasn't syncing with my z10.

I wrote a test email to myself. I didn't see the sent nor received email to my hub. Went to a computer and checked it through a browser and it did show that I did receive it and in my sent folder.

Then I realized that my emails(hotmail) on my phone only dated back one year.

I went to settings, changed my sync from forever, down to 30 days. Saved. Then I put it back to forever. It started to repopulate again.

Not working!!!

I tried the 2nd option and now my phone is not populating with Hotmail mails!!

Re track what you did or delete your hotmail account from your phone and start over.
