Hi to all,

i have a problem when i connect my z10 to my TV's.
When i connect the bb z10 to first tv, it does not recognize the connection.
When i connect the bb z10 to second tv, it recognize the connection but i don't see nothing to video.
Someone can help me?

TV's don't recognize connections by itself. On remote controler for tv you have button SOURCE witch changes from where is your tv getting signal, there choose HDMI. It should work.

As a last resort I would restart the phone and then re-insert the hdmi cable and try to reconnect.

Also some televisions have hdmi 1 & hdmi 2 ensure your are placing the cable in the same slot you are tuning the tele.

And there can always be possibility that cable is dodgy. Or maybe some stuff with HDMI output on phone. Try testing all possibilities to see what component is causing the problem.
Try on 3rd tv, or try with other cable, or get some other phone with HDMI port.
