Problem with app download

Just about a week ago, every app I install/update failed. The app was download successfully, but showed "An error has occurred processing your request" and showed "error installing application" as result.

I tried security wipe and re-installing the roms, but none fix the problem.

I also checked the forum, some people did reflect this issue, but did not see any solution yet.

Does anyone know how to fix it?

What OS are you on? Which apps are you loading and where from?

The OS I am using is 10.2.1.1055

I did not have this problem when I installed it back in November. The issue arose just about a week ago out of no where.

I thought maybe there was something that I change in the setting, so I tried wiping it and reinstalling the OS, but none worked. (I tried installing both 1055 and 1055.628xx build)

How much memory do you have left on your device? You can find this in the Settings Menu

Had this problem this morning (couldn't download the free app!). Refreshing BlackBerry World didn't help and I have plenty of storage, good wife connection, etc. A hard reboot solved it for me finally.

what is a hard reboot?

I downgrade to 242 and this problem is gone..but now with 1260 available..i tried upgrade agian..and the problem is back :(

i figured out what hard reset is...but it does not solve my problem.

Its really weird and really would like to see if anyone has any solution to it or not.
