Is there a way to set up sending a message via sms rather than bbm?

I think if your contacts got no bbm, the message will be sent through text. But I'm not sure about it. Haven't gotten to try in out yet

It defaults to text sms for messages sent by priority calling. Not sure about bbm contacts, weird if it would default to bbm. Workaround for you could be to de-link your contact card and bbm pin for the person. Then it would go through text associated with their number.

Seems I read somewhere that is sends using the method you most commonly use to communicate with the person.
