I backed up my Torch on BB Protect and when it died, I just got the Z10, assuming I could just back up the Z10 with the Protect. There is no option for that. Anyone know how I can retrieve my contacts and info from Protect or BB Desktop and transfer to the Z10???? I DO NOT have the old phone and had to get a new SIM card and did not back anything up to the media card.

So I downloaded Blackberry Link and it gives the option to restore the Z10 from a previous backup from the old BB Desktop. So it's all good. But still bummed that BB Protect doesn't back up and restore anymore
