    Hi
    I've heard that the chip of STL100-4 and STL100-3 are the same, so would be possible to flash the firmware.
    The thing is that in Argentina the STL100-4 only takes the 2G band.

    Any experience with this?

    If you want to use a GSM carrier, please use a GSM phone model. I know the 100-4 has a "GSM side", but the phone is designed for a CDMA carrier.
