OP, you could increase the accuracy of your poll by editing the poll asking "no reboot" people or "doesn't reboot anymore" people to check the settings-->hardware to compare the indicated last reboot time with the time they last purposely rebooted the phone.

There are certainly users whose phone reboots at night or when in their pocket and they are unaware of this.

Only good thing about the poll results is that people that have had the issue are probably more likely to come to this thread and vote.

Otherwise, not so good. Better not be a hardware issue, because that could be a lot of faulty hardware.

I just noticed my phone rebooted an hour a go.

I didn't even notice except I got suspicious cause my rotation lock was turned off and that only happens when you reboot.

So I checked settings, about, hardware and noticed the reboot time.

Phone was on charge.
