    But, Seriously- this software doesn't seem to work all that well with my Mac. My Mac completely froze up such that I had to shut the machine down.

    Aside from making sure you are using the Blackberry USB cord, is there anything else that can be done to improve the relationship with my Mac and my Z10?

    its no better on a PC IMO. Crashes my windows 8 PC just sitting there plugged in and charging even.

    It crashes my desktop but not my notebook. Both are win 7 pro 64 bit. Go figure...
