I just recently got the Z10. I used to have a Curve 9300. I had the meboy program on the curve and was able to play my pokemon game for long trips and the like.

I am having trouble being able to find anything for the Z10 (i have tried the pokemon tower game that only has six levels.) I found a gba emulator for the z10 which is a .bar file, but I am having a lot of trouble trying to get it to work. I need to "side load" it... at least I think that is the correct term. I downloaded a program that is supposed to help me do that, but when I attempt to "drag" the file as the instructions prompt me to do, it will not work.

I'm hoping there is someone more "techy" than I that has already accomplished this that can help me step by step. I would really appreciate it

RetroArch lags a little with pokemon fire red. My Boy! For Android works if you use the current method of converting apk to bar and seems a little smoother.

I have no issues with Retro Arch, no lag. I do however wish they made it so game boy games were not forced in landscape and that I could still play in portrait.

I don't get why it would. The gba probably has like 15 kilobytes of ram...

Ive finally got it side loaded, bu now i cant load the rom. Feeling pretty incompetent. So i downloaded the rom, transfered it to the device from my lap top, and now when i go to load the rom, i cant find said rom.
When i do a search on my bb, i can find the rom listed under "documents" but when i look in the documents under both the device and the card, I dont find it.

Any ideas?
