When I plug in my original z10 charger to the z10.
A little box pops up and says to charge faster please plug in the original charger.
And then it takes longer then usual to charge. And it keeps popping up even with the original charger.

I also use my old charger interchangeably with my z10 charger could that have messed something up?

And are you using a BB-brand USB cable with that wall charger?

It quite possibly could have confused the system as to which is which. I know I did that to my pc last night with network cables. Had to actually reboot my PC

Yeah it's by BlackBerry I got 2 chargers one originally from z10 and the other looks exactly like the z10 charger but from a blackberry bold.

I've attached a pic to show what it says.

I get that little charger message here and there, even with the charger that came with it. No big deal. Seems like just another little bug that needs tweaking.

I was about to post the same thing. I've only used the charger it came with and since day one that message pops every now and then not really a big deal but it is kinda annoying.

I get that same message when using one particular wall socket at my office using the Z10 charger and cable. The socket across the room is fine.

I have this issues when I use power bank
But use original charge is fine for me
May be some thing mess up on your Z10
Can't detect it

At first when I used the other BlackBerry charger. It never showed that error message. But it just started to pop up 2 weeks ago.

And so just now I decided to use a diff BlackBerry cord with the original z10 wall charger. And it seemed to have made that error message go away. This cord is not from the z10 but a diff BlackBerry cord.

Maybe it's the cord?

Don't know why the new z10 would give that problem too tho
