Leaks definitely contain bugs and all kinds of issues may show up. The leaks do not always contain the entire suite of apps found in the normal OS.

While clearly leaks might contain some really nice features and might solve some outstanding issues they are not official.

One should not expect normal ANYTHING when running a LEAK. Also, I really wish folks running Leaks would keep their questions and issues in the Leak Subforum. It makes it easier to help and screen out problems that might be leak related. There also might NOT be solutions since the leak might just be broken in one area or another. Throwing out questions regarding Leaks in the general forum only confuses matters and might make potential purchasers shy away from what is generally a stable phone and platform.
