Hello. I am from Tirana, Albania. Three days ago i bought the Blackberry Z10, and I must say it was love at first sight.
I don`t have any problem with my phone thanks to the Crackberry forums.
The only issue is that I can`t see the Picture Icon.
Can somone Help please.

Did you happen to move icons around? Could it have been added to a folder?

I looked for that but i didn't create any folder so far. I don't know if you can hide icons on the z10

Now after a small update I have the picture icon, but it won't open.
Can someone smarter than me give any advice? I will be grateful.

i have the same problem, first the pictures icon was missing, then i upgraded the software, the icon is there, but everytime i try to open it, it just shook the screen and nothing happen

What have you done before it happened? I hope its not something to worry about Z10 cos honestly I am still thinking of buying it soon.

I think we are hopeless. No one wants to help. I think maybe I will do a wipe and start all over.

I think it's a small bug that will be fixed. You must buy Z10 because gorgeous.

Hi, my Z10s Picture Icon has not been responsive from the 2nd or 3rd day I bought it and through couple of upgrades.
I'm currently on 10.1.0.4200. The Pictures Icon has always been available, but when I tap or multi-tap on it, there is no response. In fact, when I tap it takes me back to the home screen where my active frames are at.

Any suggestions on how to remedy this????

Sounds like an issue with the app itself. Try to reload your OS

I wouldn't suggest trying a leak. Using Link, you just click on Reload Device Software. You probably want to do a backup first, though if the phone is that new, maybe it doesn't matter.

This is the first I heard of the picture icon not working. I use it all the time.

I will warn you that the camera operation on the Z10 can get confusing. Operation depends if you are in burst mode, have stabilization on, etc. For example, the flash doesn't work in burst mode.
